RETURNS/REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days after the delivery date.  If you have any issues with your product or want to return it, please contact us as soon as possible after you've received your order using the contact form or send us an email at hello@medstyle.co.nz with your order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@medstyle.co.nz  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.   If you are shipping items with a value of over $50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping provider.

DAMGES/FLAWED ISSUES WITH PRODUCT

If the product is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form or send us an email at hello@medstyle.co.nz with your order number and if possible, images of the damaged item/items.  We will send you a new product or offer a refund.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post he refund too.

Shipping cost for already shipped items are non-refundable.
